Director of Administration & Finance at Rwanda Management Institute (RMI): (Deadline 14 February 2024)

Job responsibilities

-Plans and coordinates activities in the Unit of Finance -Coordinates the elaboration of the development and annual budgets for the institute; -Ensures coherent and serious management of finances, accounting procedures and facilities of RMI Supervises accountant in the elaboration of financial statements and other periodical reports. – In collaboration with relevant experts elaborates the master plan for the development of RMI infrastructure; -Undertakes all other responsibilities as given by the Chief budget manager; -Participates in recruitment process; – Maintain Organizational and space planning; – Supervise employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; -Supervise compensation and benefits administration; -Supervise employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; -Supervise employee services and counseling -Any other duties assigned by the superior in line with the job
