Recruitment Requirements:

Education: Full-time undergraduate degree or above
Major: Graduated from International Trade, English, Marketing, Business Administration
Language ability: English, French (preference will be given to those with Chinese ability)
Management ability: Able to independently complete target plans and target completion schedules, possess overall planning, team coordination, administrative and personnel capabilities, have goals, plans, efficiency, execution, market development capabilities, responsibility, and responsibility.
Industry knowledge: Priority will be given to those who are familiar with the textile and garment industry or have experience in textile and garment work (Familiar with African market fabrics, accessories, clothing, textile equipment, etc.).

Work location: Kigali, Rwanda (come to China twice a year for study and communication meetings)
Job content: AC BETTER company business management (goal setting, execution, meeting review, goal promotion), team building, coordination, mechanism optimization, business development, project follow-up).
- According to the company’s annual goals for noodle accessories and Jack equipment, decompose department goals and formulate strategies and plans that can be implemented to complete the company’s annual noodle accessories performance goals.
- Responsible for personnel selection and team building according to the company’s annual business team configuration plan;
- Responsible for the development of new customers for surface accessories, maintenance of old customers and business negotiations;
- Responsible for sorting out inquiry information from the Domestic and Foreign Trade Department, responding to customers in a timely manner, and maintaining close contact with the Domestic and Foreign Trade Department and customers to promote customer transactions;
- Responsible for making a monthly summary of the business department’s goal completion last month on the 1st of every month and the execution strategy for the next month’s performance goal completion, forming a “Monthly Work Plan” and copying it to shareholders in the form of email;
- Responsible for organizing sales meetings every week, reviewing weekly work, and arranging key work contents for next week, organizing monthly sales meetings every month, summarizing department work last month and arranging key work contents for next month to form ” Weekly and monthly reports are copied to shareholders via email.
- Responsible for organizing customer analysis meetings on transactions, negotiations, return visits, maintenance, etc. every quarter, digging into customer needs, forming a “Key Customer Follow-up Form” and copying it to shareholders in the form of email.
- Responsible for risk control, review and approval of customer contracts, and the original contract is stored in the financial archives.
- Responsible for sorting out the follow-up progress of intended customers every month, forming an “Intended Customer Follow-up Form” and copying it to shareholders in the form of email;
- Responsible for handling temporary customer complaints, exceptions, etc.;
- Follow up on safe payment recovery and regular collection;
Working hours: 6 days a week, morning: 9:00 -12:00, afternoon: 13:30 – 18:00, (Other times will be counted as overtime, and the management will make Allowances).
